Big Bear Yellow Post Site #5 is an individual free dispersed campsite on the north side of Big Bear Lake in the San Bernardino National Forest. It is first-come, first-served with no reservations. Maximum 8 persons and 2 vehicles per site. A valid California Campfire Permit is required for fire ring use, subject to fire restrictions. An Adventure Pass or Interagency Pass is required for parking. Additional Info: These yellow post sites provide primitive camping with a fire ring and picnic table. No toilets, drinking water, or other amenities. 14-day camping limit.
