About this site
Beaver Flats Campground is found in Elbow Falls Provincial Recreation Area, 30 km west of Bragg Creek on Hwy 66. There are 55 large, well-treed sites. Most are suitable for RVs, plus a few walk-in tent sites along the Elbow River. There are many nearby trails for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding, as well as exciting and challenging waters for experienced paddlers. Loop D is situated along the Elbow River providing a beautiful camping experience. Water is available from a hand pump at this site. Firewood available for purchase at McLean Creek campground store, at manager's site and from firewood truck. Additional Info: First come, first served only. Seasonal operation: May 15 to September 4 (dates subject to change). 49 un-serviced sites plus 6 walk-in tent sites.
