Bar-K Wrangler Camp is a quiet, primitive horse camp located on the west bank of Swan Creek in Mark Twain National Forest. It serves as a trailhead for the Swan Creek Trail system, offering access to approximately 20-23 miles of non-motorized trails for riding, hiking, and mountain biking. The campground features limited picnic tables, fire rings, and one vault toilet. Parking accommodates stock trailers and towing vehicles. Designated camping sites are located on the right side of the road near the creek, with an open field across the road available for dispersed camping with horse trailers. The area is surrounded by maples, oaks, hickories, and dogwood. Pack in/pack out garbage policy. Open year-round.
