Anderson Flat is a backpacking destination in San Bernardino National Forest, reached via the Anderson Spur 1E66 trail which branches off at approximately 10,401 feet elevation and leads to the flat at 10,598 feet. Part of the route to Anderson Peak. Wilderness permits are required and must be obtained online via San Gorgonio Wilderness Association (SGWA); no in-person permits available at Ranger Station.
