Alkali Creek Trailhead is a primitive BLM campground in the Fort Meade Recreation Area near Sturgis, South Dakota, offering tent and RV camping. It features picnic tables, fire rings, and restrooms. Open year-round with camping fees charged May 15 to September 30, except closed three weeks during the Black Hills Motorcycle Classic. Access via I-90 Exit 34 near Black Hills National Cemetery. Adjacent to hiking and mountain biking trails in the backcountry byway area.
