Stunning place to camp year round with beautiful views of the Sierras and rock formations. A must-stay for 395 travelers!

Used to be a great place to go! Now it’s always packed and almost all of the sites are “day use only”

Such a great open spot! Hundreds of campsites but it gets pretty crowded now. At the base of Mt Whitney or on the way up to Mammoth or down to LA, this spot is awesome. Can take a long time to find an open spot and there are now more signs restricting camping
