Hike-in shelter located at the head of Long Branch Drainage along the Appalachian Trail in the Nantahala National Forest. Built in 2012 as a replacement for the older Big Spring shelter. Capacity: 8 people. No fee required. Maintained by the Nantahala Hiking Club on USFS land.
