Wood River Campground
About this site
Wood River Campground is located on the banks of the Big Wood River at an elevation of 6400 feet in Sawtooth National Forest. It offers 30 single campsites for RVs and tents on a first-come, first-served basis, plus one reservable group overnight area for tents only (up to 40 people). Flush toilets and drinking water are provided. Roads and parking spurs are paved. The area features Douglas fir, Ponderosa pine, Lodgepole pine, aspens, wildflowers, and river access for fishing and tubing. Ketchum is 10 miles south. Additional Info: Maximum spur length not specified; suitable for RVs. Opening and closing dates weather permitting. Overnight group site requires in-person booking if not reserved.
