Willow Oak Campground is located on Toledo Bend Reservoir in Sabine National Forest, approximately 11-14 miles south of Hemphill, Texas via Highway 87. It offers 10 primitive tent camping sites, each with a tent platform, picnic table, cooking grill, and lantern post. Amenities include water hydrants, garbage cans, and portable toilets nearby. A boat ramp provides access to the 185,000-acre reservoir. The site is owned by USFS and operated by Sabine River Authority of Texas. Open year-round, first-come first-served, with extended camping up to 28 days permitted. Additional Info: Day-use fee: $2 per vehicle. Camping fee: $4 per day.
