William Lake

William Lake is a picturesque campground located in Turtle Mountain Provincial Park in southwestern Manitoba. The campground features 52 basic campsites situated by the lake with no electric hookups. Amenities include potable water, vault toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings. The area is popular for fishing (rainbow trout), canoeing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. A scenic hiking trail leads to Turtle's Back summit with panoramic views. Campsites are close together but offer a quiet, rustic camping experience. The best time to visit is June to August when all facilities are operational.
