Whispering Spruce Campground & RV Park is Golden’s oldest campground, offering over 60 tenting sites (some with 15amp electricity), over 20 pull-thru RV sites (with 15amp electricity and water), 30 amp full hookup & partial hookup pull through and back-in RV sites, and premium sites with full hookups. All sites have fire pits and picnic tables. Amenities include clean hot showers (free for guests), laundry room, store, free high-speed WiFi, sani-dump & water station, playground, and firewood/ice sales. Open year-round with monthly and limited winter pull-through spots; office and washrooms closed Oct 15 to Apr 15. Additional Info: Located at 1430 Golden View Rd, gateway to Yoho and Banff National Parks. Pets welcome (must clean up, leashed, not unattended). Big rig friendly with handicap accessible facilities.
