Watersprite Lake Campsite
About this site
Watersprite Lake Campsite is a beautiful backcountry camping area near Squamish, BC, accessible by a strenuous hike. It features an outhouse toilet and large metal bear cache bins for food storage. Tents are set up in a designated meadow area beyond boulders; camping directly by the lake is not allowed. A hut built by BCMC in 2017 is available. Camping is free and first-come, first-served. Additional Info: Bears are active in the area; do not leave food in tents. Fire bans may apply June-September. Popular for swimming, inflatable kayaks, and paddleboards.
