Backcountry camping is available around Wallace Lake, reached via the Greg Ball Trail approximately 5 miles from the trailhead at Wallace Falls State Park. Overnight permits are required and must be obtained by calling the park office at 360-793-0420 prior to arrival. Maximum 5 persons per campsite. The lake offers a tranquil setting with picnic tables at the southern tip and more open areas at Pebble Beach to the north.
