Waldron Campground
About this site
Waldron Campground at Farragut State Park is located on the southern tip of Lake Pend Oreille in northern Idaho. The campground features 68-69 large and spacious campsites, all with electric hookups. Each site includes a picnic table, fire ring, and grate. The campground accommodates tents, trailers, and RVs, with pull-through sites available. Amenities include potable drinking water, hot showers, clean bathrooms, and a sanitary dump station. Additional facilities include 6 equestrian campsites with corrals, group campsites, and cabins. The park offers numerous outdoor activities including hiking, birdwatching, swimming, boating, and fishing. Pets are allowed. The area has historical ties to a former WWII naval training base.
