Wahtum Lake Campground
About this site
Five primitive campsites available with a fire pit and picnic table at each site adjacent to Wahtum Lake located just east of the Mark O. Hatfield Wilderness and multiple hiking opportunities. Trees and shade available. Additional Info: The campground operates May through October. No potable water is available; campers must bring their own water. Vault toilet provided. First-come, first-served; no reservations. Pets are not allowed. Located at high elevation in Mt. Hood National Forest adjacent to the Wahtum Lake Trailhead, with access to the Pacific Crest Trail and Eagle Creek Trail. Overnight use is $30/night for a single site, with an additional $10/night for an extra vehicle. Interagency Senior/Access Recreation Passes provide a 50% discount to single campsites only.
