Backpack campsite at Wagonwheel Lake in Olympic National Park, reached via a 2.8-mile difficult trail with 785 feet elevation gain through montane and subalpine forest. No toilets; bury waste 6-8 inches deep and 200 feet from water and campsites. Water from lake and outlet stream must be treated. Campfires prohibited above 3,500 feet. Best season July through October.
