Wagoner Group Campground is located at the Wagoner Access Area of New River State Park in Jefferson, North Carolina. This walk-in group campsite provides access to the New River for canoeing, tubing, fishing, and picnicking. The park features hiking trails, a visitor center with educational displays, and well-maintained facilities. Note: All open fires including campfires are prohibited due to statewide burn ban; use portable gas or electric stoves for cooking. Address: 1477 Wagoner Access Road, Jefferson, NC 28640. Open year round.
