Wagner Lake Campground

Wagner Lake Campground is a small but popular 12-site campground set on the banks of Wagner Lake in the Huron-Manistee National Forests. This shallow, spring-fed lake with a sandy bottom is surrounded by mixed hardwood forest and National Forest System lands. Each campsite features a picnic table, campfire ring, lantern post, and paved parking pad. Amenities include handpump wells for drinking water, vault toilets, and garbage collection services. The campground is open seasonally, walk-in only, and charges $15 per night for single sites. Visitors can enjoy fishing for bass and panfish, swimming, beach play, and carrying in non-motorized watercraft like canoes and kayaks. It is located about 8 miles from Mio, MI.
