Valley View 1 Campground is located within Mt. Madonna County Park in the Santa Cruz Mountain Range. The campground includes 33 reservable car campsites and 17 RV campsites with partial hookups. Sites 125, 128, 130, 132, and 134 feature yurts. Each campsite has a table, food storage locker, fire pit, and grate. Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, showers, and an RV dump station. The maximum RV length is 30 feet. The park encompasses 4,605 acres of redwood forest, oak woodland, dense chaparral, grassy meadows, and sparkling streams. Additional park facilities include an amphitheater, visitor center, archery range, equestrian staging area, and picnic areas. Cell service is fair to poor depending on location.
