Upper East Inlet Campsite is a designated backcountry site in Rocky Mountain National Park. Site Location: Site is about 250 yards before Lake Verna on north side of trail on a small rise next to a small creek. A wood sign indicates the site. The 10,200-foot site sits on a granite knoll north of East Inlet Trail and East Inlet Creek. Additional Info: Backcountry camping requires a wilderness permit with reservations accepted. Campfires prohibited; use portable stoves only. Party size limited to 7 at individual sites.
