Upper Cove Creek Roadside Campsites
About this site
Upper Cove Creek Roadside Campsites (UCC1 and UCC2) are free dispersed camping sites in Pisgah National Forest's Pisgah Ranger District. These first-come, first-served sites are alongside gravel roads and include a parking area, tent pad, and fire ring. No toilets, drinking water, or trash service are available; pack in and pack out. Maximum stay is 14 days out of 30, and vehicles must park without blocking traffic. Campfires are permitted only in provided rings. Additional Info: Sites are designated by camping symbol and number (e.g., UCC1). Human waste must be buried 6 inches deep, 200 feet from streams, trails, or campsites.
