Umpqua Lighthouse State Park is a year-round campground located near Winchester Bay, Oregon, offering 63 campsites for tents, trailers, and RVs (up to 45 feet) next to Lake Marie. The park features 12 full hookup sites, 8 electrical sites with water, 23 tent sites with water nearby, hiker/biker camp, rustic yurts, rustic log cabins, and deluxe yurts. Showers and restrooms are centrally located. The park is situated on a wooded hillside above Lake Marie, three miles south of Reedsport, within the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. A historic lighthouse (dating to 1890) and museum are on-site, with lighthouse tours offered May 1 through September 30. Reservations are required and can be made up to 6 months in advance at oregonstateparks.reserveamerica.com or by calling 800-452-5687. Additional Info: Full hookup sites cost $30/night, tent sites $7-20/night, with rates ranging from $4 for hiker/biker sites to $65 for deluxe yurts during high season (May 1-September 30). Reduced rates available during Discovery Season (October 1-April 30). Day use is free with a day-use parking permit. Showers are available to registered campers only from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
