Lower Two Mouth Lake features primitive backpacking campsites along its pristine eastern shore, suitable for several tents and positioned high enough to stay dry. The area is accessed via Two Mouth Lake Trail #268, involving a hike through forest road, packed dirt, boardwalk, and granite slabs from a trailhead off Forest Road 663 near Bonners Ferry, ID. The basin offers seclusion with towering peaks and rolling granite fields. Water is available from brooks and the lakes.
