Tucker Park is located only a few miles south of the city of Hood River and also sits directly on the Hood River itself. This park is probably the most heavily used facility in Hood River County's parks system due to the overwhelming popularity of windsur Additional Info: The park has 90 campsites for RVs, trailers, and tents. Water hook-ups are available at 20 of the sites. All sites are first-come, first-served with no reservations. Riverside campsites are $30 per night, other campsites are $20 per night, and the group tent site (#25) is $60 per night. The park is operated by Hood River County and is open November 1 through April 30. Amenities include flush toilets, potable water, fire rings, showers, and a playground. A camp host is on site at all times. The park features excellent river swimming with several swimming holes.
