Tuck In The Wood Campground is located on St. Helena Island in South Carolina's Lowcountry, offering a serene, natural setting tucked back in the woods in a rural environment. The campground features 80 RV and tent sites with 30 amp and 50 amp electric available. Amenities include a clean bathhouse with hot showers and restrooms, laundromat facility, recreation hall, stocked fresh water fishing pond, playground, horseshoes and basketball court, cable TV hookup (optional), Wi-Fi, and RV storage. The campground is open year-round with no reservations required, though monthly snowbird rates are available. Pet-friendly (no aggressive breeds). Located 12 miles north of Hunting Island State Park and public beach, 12 miles to Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot, 15 minutes to historic Beaufort, and 45 minutes to Hilton Head Island.
