Trout Brook Farm Campground

Trout Brook Farm Campground is located in the northeast corner of Baxter State Park near Millinocket, Maine. The campground features mostly tent sites in a large field with wildflowers and a good-sized brook (Trout Brook) running nearby. Canoes are available for rent at $1 per hour with access to a large lake via half a mile of streams. Group sites include small pavilions with picnic tables. The campground is situated in a forested area with a mix of trees and open spaces. Temperatures range from lows in the 40s Fahrenheit during spring and fall to highs in the 70s during summer. Nearby attractions include hiking trails within Baxter State Park and the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument.
