Mile 162.1 on the C&O Canal Towpath. Hiker-biker only campsite in Chesapeake & Ohio Canal National Historical Park. No fee. First-come, first-served with one night limit per site per trip. Features chemical toilet, picnic table, grill/fire ring, and non-potable water pump (treat before use; off mid-Nov to mid-Apr). Fires permitted in provided rings/grills only. Near Town Creek Aqueduct and Potomac River. Trash must be packed out.
