Tomahawk Creek Flooding State Forest Campground - East unit (sites 1-24) offers 24 rustic campsites suitable for tents, small trailers, and large trailers on the northeast shore of the floodwaters. Amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a hand-pump well. An undeveloped boat launch is available for canoes and kayaks. Sites are first-come, first-served with no reservations. Maximum stay is 15 days. ORVs may be driven in and out to access state forest roads and trails. Additional Info: Popular for fishing panfish, largemouth bass, northern pike, and crappie amid submerged timbers. Access to High Country Pathway for hiking and mountain biking nearby.
