Tofte Lake Site 1 is one of four backcountry campsites on Tofte Lake in Superior National Forest, Minnesota. Additional Info: Tofte Lake is 155 acres with a maximum depth of 70 feet and managed as a designated trout lake for rainbow trout and splake. Campsites include fire rings, tent pads, and latrines. Pack out all garbage. Access via boat ramp on Forest Road 1541/557, 14.5 miles northeast of Ely. Restrooms available at boat access; potable water not available.
