Thunder Lake backcountry campsite #3 is a hike-in site in Rocky Mountain National Park's Wild Basin area. Individual and group sites are located in a forested area west of the trail from Wild Basin Trailhead. Campfires are prohibited; use portable stoves only. Site access is marked by a wood sign and red arrowheads on trees. Nearest phone is shown on area map for emergencies.
