The Three Creeks Trailhead provides access to numerous ATV, horse, and foot trails in Fishlake National Forest. It features a pullout for parking, horse trailer parking, and restrooms. No potable water is available. Horse and pack animals are allowed; stay on designated trails and use certified weed-free hay. No camping is allowed at the trailhead parking area. Located 17 miles east of Beaver, Utah on Hwy-153 at the junction with FR135 (Paiute 01).
