Thomas Mountain Yellow Post Site #4 is one of 11 free, first-come first-served primitive campsites along the Thomas Mountain ridge in San Bernardino National Forest, California. Accessed via unpaved Thomas Mountain Road 6S13 (high clearance recommended; Site #1 best for larger RVs, others more remote). Limited to 8 persons and typically 2 vehicles maximum, with 14-day stay limit. Most sites including this one have a picnic table and metal fire ring. No toilets, water, trash service, showers, hookups, or dump station available; pack in/pack out and follow Leave No Trace. Campfire permit required (free online from readyforwildfire.org); fires subject to restrictions. Additional Info: Maps available at Mill Creek Visitor Center.
