Tettegouche State Park Campground is the main drive-in campground at Tettegouche State Park, located inland above the Baptism River about 1.5 miles from Lake Superior. It features 28 year-round secluded sites, including 22 with electric hookups (20- and 50-amp) that can accommodate RVs up to 60 feet. Additional options include 6 walk-in sites, 13 cart-in sites near Lake Superior, 5 backpack sites, and 2 tent-only group cart-in sites. The park offers year-round showers, flush toilets, vault toilets, picnic tables, fire rings, potable water, and firewood sales. Additional Info: Amenities include access to hot showers year-round (unique among Minnesota state parks), restrooms open 24/7 at the visitor center, and bear-proof storage at select sites. Reservations recommended for peak seasons.
