Tent City Designated Camping Area
About this site
Camping area in the Brush Creek drainage, close to Crested Butte. 13 sites are available and camping is allowed only in designated sites. Each site has a fire ring and is marked with a unit marker. A double vault toilet is available. Additional Info: Tent City sites are numbered MC 1-17 (also referenced as BC 1-13 in roadside areas), first-come first-served, limited to two vehicles per site. Fires permitted only in metal fire rings. Vault toilet available. Sites accommodate larger RVs and trailers. Part of designated camping under GMUG-2022-10 Forest Order through June 30, 2027.
