Tadra Point Trailhead & Campground is located within Caddo-LBJ National Grasslands near Decatur, Texas, at the confluence of the five loops that comprise the 75-mile LBJ Multi-Use Trail System. The site features 20 parking spurs and 6 pull-throughs on a first-come, first-served basis for $10/night. The campground caters primarily to equestrians with numerous hitching posts, water for horses, and a pavilion with grill. Two non-flushing restrooms are available. The terrain consists of open grasslands and scattered woodlands. Bring your own drinking water. The site is used year-round and serves as headquarters for various non-commercial group events, including equestrian endurance rides.
