Primitive camping is available in the Table Mesa Recreation Area, a 11,557-acre area popular with OHV enthusiasts, campers, hikers, and shooters. The Little Pan Staging Area provides access with two accessible vault toilets and information kiosks. Accessed via Table Mesa Road from I-17 exit 236, 42 miles north of Phoenix. First-come, first-served, year-round.
