This peaceful campground is located in an isolated area near the Big Frog Wilderness. It offers 12 campsites with fire rings and picnic tables. Enjoy fishing in the Conasauga or Jacks Rivers or the solitude of a wilderness trail in the Big Frog Wilderness Additional Info: Sylco Campground is a primitive, free facility in Cherokee National Forest with 12 lightly-used tent sites, each featuring a picnic table and fire ring. Vault toilets are available but may not be well-maintained. No water, electricity, showers, or dump station. Accessible via rough, remote roads requiring high-clearance vehicles; unsuitable for RVs or trailers. Primarily used for hunting in fall and backcountry hiking.
