Swamp Canyon Campsite
About this site
Backcountry campsite in Bryce Canyon National Park, located 1.0 mile from Whiteman Bench parking lot via the Whiteman Connecting Trail. The site is situated just north of the junction of the Whiteman Connector and Under-the-Rim Trail. The campsite features three large Juniper trees, small White Firs, and Ponderosa Pines. There is no water available at the site. The best view in the backcountry is 0.15 miles north of the site, offering views over Mud Canyon. Elevation: 8,168 feet (2,490 m). Backcountry permit required; bear canister mandatory for overnight stays.
