Capitol Reef National Park is approximately 20 miles away, offering excellent hiking trails, historic sites, scenic driving and breathtaking scenery. Sightseeing along Utah Highway 12, a National Scenic Byway, is very popular. Additional Info: Sunglow Campground has 9 sites: 7 single-family sites (up to 2 vehicles, 10 people) and 2 group sites (up to 5 vehicles, 20 people). Single sites are first-come, first-served; all reservable via Recreation.gov. Amenities include flush toilets, drinking water, picnic tables, fire rings, and grills at sites. No hookups or garbage service (pack-in, pack-out). Road is paved to campground with gravel inside. Large parking accommodates trailers and RVs. Part of Fishlake National Forest.
