Sunday Bay Chickee is a designated backcountry campsite in Everglades National Park, consisting of an elevated wooden platform (chickee) over Florida Bay. It is accessible only by non-motorized boat (paddling) and requires an Everglades backcountry camping permit obtained in advance. Chickees provide a roofed 10'x12' platform with access to a portable privy; no other amenities are available.
