Summit Valley is a 3-acre meadow with shelter remains located 2 miles from the upper trailhead in the Siskiyou Wilderness near Orleans, California. The site offers views of the ocean, Siskiyou Mountains, and Mt. Shasta. A 0.25-mile side trip leads to the Summit Valley lookout site. No reliable water is available between Summit Valley and the South Kelsey Trail.
