Hiker-only backpack campsite in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, located in the Cosby area on Gabe's Mountain Trail. Maximum capacity of 10 hikers. The campsite is situated along Greenbrier Creek with two firepit areas, several flat tent spots, and multiple hammock sites. Creek crossing required to access or leave the campsite; water levels can be deep depending on season and direction of travel. Located 4.8 miles from the Cosby trailhead or 1.8 miles from the Madrid Bald trail junction. Bear hang cables are provided near the creek.
