Sturgeon River Campground is located along the Sturgeon River, near Sturgeon River Gorge Wilderness. It provides the outdoor eventurist with several opportunities to get out and see and explore nature at its best. There are 8 sites that have a picnic table, fire ring, and lantern post. It also has a double vault toilet. Additional Info: 9 campsites, first come first served, $16 per night. No potable water available. Vault toilets and fire rings provided. Maintained May 10 - October 31, open year-round weather permitting. Adjacent to Sturgeon River Gorge Wilderness; no motorized vehicles allowed in wilderness boundaries.
