Stockton Flats Yellow Post Sites
About this site
This is a series of seven (7) campsites, each marked by a yellow post, and numbered 3 through 9. Each site comes with a fire ring and that's about it. Sites 3 through 8 are all bunched together along a loop in the road, while site 9, also dubbed "Big Horn Camp" is about another 1,000 feet down the road. Additional Info: Stockton Flats Yellow Post Sites sit at 5,702 feet in San Bernardino National Forest, offering primitive dispersed camping. All sites are first-come, first-served with no facilities, no fees, and no water. Campfire permits are required. High-clearance vehicles are strongly recommended; four-wheel drive may be required depending on road conditions. Sites are accessed via Forest Road 3N06.
