Steamboat Rock

Steamboat Rock has 10 picnic sites and/or tent camping sites. There is a main parking lot and from there, a short walk to the sites. A restroom facility is available, but there is no potable water. The area is located adjacent to Boxelder Creek. Steamboat Rock Area Layout Reservations are not available for Steamboat Rock area. Sites are available first come, first served. See the layout of the area to find your perfect camping site. Download Fee info: Day Use: $5 per vehicle per day Overnight Use: Single Site: $18 per night Additional Info: Steamboat Rock has 9 picnic sites and tent camping sites. Tent or pickup camping only. Regular Season Camping: $18/night. Open from the weekend before Memorial Day to the weekend after Labor Day. Closes each year during the Off Season.
