Stariski Campground
About this site
Stariski Campground sits at Mile 152 of the Sterling Highway, offering 13 wooded sites on a bluff overlooking Cook Inlet and Mt. Iliamna in Alaska's Kenai Peninsula. Managed by Alaska State Parks, it's surrounded by spruce forest with panoramic views of the inlet and Aleutian Range, featuring vault toilets, drinking water, and picnic shelters. This campground is a tranquil base for campers looking to fish nearby rivers, enjoy coastal scenery, or explore the Kenai's trails and beaches, with Anchor Point's small-town vibe just minutes away. The campground is open May through September. Maximum vehicle length is 30 feet, though tight corners limit maneuvering room for larger RVs. No hookups are available.
