St. Mary Campground is the largest campground on the east side of Glacier National Park, conveniently located approximately a half-mile from the St. Mary Visitor Center. The campground offers a mix of tent and RV sites, potable water, flushing toilets, and showers. It is one of two campgrounds in the park that take reservations via recreation.gov from June 1 through September 3; unreserved sites are first-come, first-served. Access is from U.S. Highway 89 near St. Mary, Montana, close to the Going-to-the-Sun Road.
