St. Croix State Park
About this site
Minnesota's largest state park at over 34,000 acres along the St. Croix River, a National Scenic Riverway, and Kettle River. Features three family campgrounds (Riverview, Old Logging Trail, Paint Rock Springs) with electric and non-electric sites, restroom/shower buildings, walk-in sites, housekeeping cabins, backpack campsites, equestrian campground, and group centers. Activities include hiking, biking on paved trails, canoeing, fishing, swimming at Lake Clayton, and interpretive programs at St. Croix Lodge and Visitor Center.
