Spring Lake State Forest Campground

Perched atop a heavily wooded, rolling hill overlooking Spring Lake, this rustic campground offers 32 tent and small trailer sites. Enjoy excellent hiking and fishing, with direct access to the North Country Trail and the 21-mile Fife Lake Loop, ideal for an easy overnight hike. The campground is located 2 miles southwest of Fife Lake via US-131. Pike and panfish are caught in Spring Lake. Another nearby fishing opportunity is Fife Lake. Additional Info: 32 sites for tent and small trailer use, no hookups, no reservations. Rustic campground includes vault toilets and potable water from well hand pump. Sites available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overnight fees ($20 for most sites) and registration procedures are posted at the information kiosk at each campground. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay. One camping unit and six people are allowed per site. Open all year.
