Spray Lakes West Campground

Spray Lakes West Campground is located in Spray Valley Provincial Park, 16 km south of Canmore on the Smith Dorrien/Spray Lakes Trail (Hwy. 742). The campground sits on the shores of Spray Lakes Reservoir with 63 unserviced sites suitable for both RVs and tents, many close to the lake. Sites are first come, first serve at $31/night. Amenities include toilets, fire pits, firewood available for purchase, and a hand pump for non-potable water (bring your own drinking water). Hiker/cyclist camping is available July 5 - September 15 with food lockers, bike tool maintenance stand, and bike racks. The area offers hiking trails, boating, fishing, and wildlife watching in Rocky Mountain surroundings.
